Honestly... I really hope that in the hospital that I work at that I'm not seeing a statistically fair cross-cut (or sampling if you prefer) of the society that I live in.
Because that would just be sad.

I also make the occasional cameo in the community, generally in different occupational health offices of large corporations. While I wouldn't do this work if I didn't have a passion for it, I still sometimes find myself asking, "What was I thinking?" Just when I think I've seen it all...
